I hate protein shakes! But that being said I use frozen berries, skim milk, and the market pantry protein powder with my ninja blender and it's not too bad. you can use mine... only caveat is that at times I don't log dinner. I usually by then know what I can eat and so I adjust what I am serving to what I can have. I also don't really cook :)

When I go out to eat I drink red wine. While its not the lowest calorie I think its the most beneficial health wise and I tend to slip it slower than anything else. I eat better when I do exercise in the day. I usually don't want to undo the calorie deficit I caused by exercising. Reversely if I miss a workout I feel like a failure and I eat more than I should because I work on an all or none principal (that is something I had to learn as well)
