After looking around, and finding IIFYM, I realize I was not only severely under eating, but also not getting enough nutrition. Thank you very much for opening my eyes.

Not harsh at all. Sometimes I really feel like I I am forcing myself to eat. I will -Look for almond/coconut based yogurt -Buy more avocados -Perhaps steam fry from veggies with olive oil/sunflower oil. I had one for my shakes for lunch, but I ended up listing it as snack. I think I have some protein shake. Good Idea. Will add it now!

I did as well. I remember reading this line in a book. "You are whatever you think you are." I used to always think I was the kind of person to work out a bit and fall off course. Once I changed my mind, and became a role model for my nephew, it all changed.

Congrats! I was stuck at 185 for a while! Couldn't get past it. Now my new hump is 180. I saw 179.4 one day and almost did a backflip, even tho I have no knowledge on how to do a backflip! Once again.. CONGRATS!

I am 28. The new elder of this group. At my biggest I was 240. I just checked and I am now 179, finally getting over the 185 barrier. (Would always get stuck there.) Would it be bad if I just went down the list adding you all? Would be nice to have some active folks on my F/L. Edit: 5'7
