I add a scoop of protein powder to my cereal in the morning. Helps me a lot!

I lost around 35 lbs in 2002 and had my gallbladder removed in 2006. the weight loss probably contributed--gallbladder problems don't run in my family and I was only 21 when I had it out.

um... what? most dietitians i've met tend to be on the thin side. not that it matters... just never heard anyone make a comment like that before.

I've worn one for two marathons and a few half marathons. it doesn't bounce around and I was able to stuff several gel's, keys, and my phone in there. I don't even notice I'm wearing it! :)

I do that... everyone in my office chows on M&M's like they're going out of style. I *love* M&M's but I actually hate the peanut ones. So I graciously offer to replenish the stash at work with the ones I don't like, so I'm not tempted! Everyone thinks I'm generous too! Win win!

I do bootcamp classes 5 times a week, an hour each. Rest on Tues and Sundays. Rest is important especially if you're working out hard!
-
I think it tastes sweeter than the diet. Definitely something different... don't really know how well it will catch on though
-
I log bootcamp as "calisthenics, push ups, sit ups." Tried logging it as "circuit training" and came up with very close to the same calorie burn (within a couple of calories)

I love my Spibelt -- spibelt.com. I hardly notice I'm wearing it and it stretches to hold a LOT of stuff.

I'm 5'4", 164#, 27 yrs old (female), aiming to lose 0.5#/week. my body fat is around 27% so I have a lot of muscle and am trying to only lose fat so I'm taking it slow. MFP has me set at 1730 calories, which I aim for on non-workout days. I work out 5 days a week at bootcamp for an hour each time, burn approx 540 cal each…

Splenda is fine. It is sugar-free, carb free. I don't know what sweeteners are available in the UK, but in the US there's Sweet & Low/saccharin, Equal/aspartame, Splenda, and stevia/Truvia.
