Also note on her profile page it says she has had weight loss surgery. Her stomach is probably small so she would do well to have small, frequent meals throughout the day in order to meet her calorie and nutritional goals. Based on wholesome foods like everyone here has mentioned :)

3 days a week I get up at 5:30 to go to bootcamp from 6-7 am, back to my house by around 7:10 to get ready and get to work at about 8:15. I'm in bed by 9:30pm. Like so many others have said, it's such a great feeling to be done with my workout already! I almost forget that I've already worked out :)

Dietitians charge for their services. Why ask them to help you for free? Not to be mean, but I have a dietitian friend who is asked health advice all the time (even at bars). Her answer? "I spent a lot of time and money on my education, I'm not giving it away for free. Make an appointment."

Eating a WHOLE PIE in response to stress (or even feeling strongly compelled to do so, whether you do or not) is not healthy. I think anyone who has an unhealthy relationship with food would benefit from seeing a therapist, particularly one who specializes in eating disorders. Just speaking from my own experience--this has…
