  • if it is something that you body is lacking, then possibly your metablism isn't working correctly either. I have hypothyroidism and my metablism is pretty much no existent. i exercise 4 times a week and stick to eating plan and i'm lucky if i can lose 200g!! Do as ur Dr says, it can only help.
  • My MIL makes okra often. She mainly cooks with with an onion, can of diced tomatos, fresh parsley, a splash of vinegar or lemon juice and olive oil. If you cant use oil,dont add it!! Varies of this include adding other veggies with it such as carrot, celery or zucchini. Happy cooking!! :happy:

  • Congrats!! I've just had baby2 2mths ago.The main thing to do when pregnant is to maintain a healthy diet. Eat more fresh fruit and veggies. When pregnant, your not really eating for 2!!
