PCOS and insulin resistant here. Slowly losing weight from trying to be more active and eating less processed foods, cutting back on sugar and drinking way more water. I don't track my food as well as I should but I'm trying.

I have found the Met to help with losing weight. Lost most of my weight after re-starting it and the only thing I was doing different was walking more(adopted a dog) and the Metformin. I started on 1000XR and am now on 2000XR. Hoping that it will help kick start some other things but no luck as of yet.
