First of all, I LOVE Disney World! We went this past January utilizing the Dining Plan also, and much to my surprise, I ended up losing 3 pounds. The biggest thing for me was choosing better snacks and drinks. Instead of getting a sugary soda, I'd drink water, or unsweet tea/coffee with splenda if I wanted caffiene. And…
