I always check out other people's carts, I'm pretty nosy. lol! I normally try not to judge but sometimes you see people w/ carts full of absolute junk. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one.

I'm on week one day 3. I can use some "buddies" for motivation. I did go through the DVD back in April but really slacked off with my exercise and food choices. I'm just getting back into exercising and eating healthy. Hopefully this time I will see it to the end.

How are you guys logging your workouts in the journal? I've logging it as cardio but I'm not sure that is correct. I started Ripped in 30 and completed it in mid April/May but then soon after quit working out and watching my diet. I've started back up and I am determined to get healthy. I have the same issue. I don't have anything new to add but it looks like you've gotten some good advice and a lot of good suggestions. I am going to try some of them too.
