  • I did Week 5 Day 2 last Saturday and I'm looking to do Week 5 Day 3 either tomorrow morning or Thursday morning. I hate this long stretch between workouts, but I'm just not disciplined enough yet to wake up early enough to go before work and the childcare at the gym closes by the time I can get there afterwards.
