I tried it years ago for six months and have to say I hated it. I'm a type A and according to the Bloodtype diet, we're not meant to eat meat or do vigorous activity (and take insane amounts of supplements) - it went completely against everything I love and the sort of activity I enjoy. I didn't lose any weight so went…

The photos of me at my brother's wedding. I felt so unhappy and uncomfortable in my body and boy did it show. I'd tried to get out of having my picture taken, but they got me!

I've lost over 30kg and have been on depo for over 10 years. Hasn't seemed to affect my weight loss at all quite frankly.

The Jillian Michaels show. Great for when I'm out walking!

I stop mine as soon as the rate drops out of the lowest range or if it gets under 100bpm.

Using my HRM I find that I burn 80-90 cals for every 10 minutes of kettle bell exercises. Obviously this depends on the intensity of your training, height, weight, age, sex etc but that's my total!!

I use an HRM and regularly find that the MFP figures are much much higher than what I'm getting. Doesn't seem to matter what activity it is either. So many variables involved in getting a 'number' so I'm not surprised it's a bit off for many people!! Incidentally, the more weight I lose and the fitter I get, the lower my…

That is wonderful. You must be thrilled at those figures! What a huge drop

I love weetbix - always have! I put the jug on to boil, then break up x2 weetbix into my bowl. When the water's boiling I put on just enough for it to soak up, then pour on 50ml or so of milk. Then I pile on stewed apple, strawberries or banana and a tablespoon of yoghurt. I LOVE IT this way, but learned it from my dad…

I've gone the other way round. Started for health, but now that my confidence has risen, a teeny bit of vanity is starting to creep in!!!!

Well done! Back creases suck... you've done really well

Totally agree. My HRM has changed the way I exercise. I love it

I love your description of jeans being like 'sausage casings'. That's hilarious and exactly sums up how most of my jeans were before I started this. You've done so well, and wow, how good does it feel to fit into something that was only a dream a short while ago. BRAVO YOU!

I like to keep my diary open to friends too but don't feel like it should be expected. On a personal level I feel like if I don't want anyone to see something I've logged then I probably shouldn't be eating it!

Look who the inspiring one is now! You look fantastic

Amazing and totally inspiring. Well done!

Shudder! What a nasty thing to happen.
