ME!!! I've got 7-8lb I still want to shift

Hi Krystal Well done for getting yourself out of that situation and starting to focus on yourself. You have some great, totally attainable goals and with a bit of grit, determination and time you can achieve all of it. If you'd like a friend who's here every single day (even though I'm probably on the other side of the…

That's just so wonderful... and cute. Well done on changing your eating habits so dramatically too. That must make you feel so good. I'm a big fan of veges too. Have to buy them at least 3 times each week just to keep up with myself - can't get enough.

STILL not finished after all this time... but this is my insect leg!

I don't know if this will work... but This is the photo that spurred me into action. Have dropped 38kg / 84lb between that face and my current face! I still cringe when I look at it

Seeing awful overweight photos of myself (I've got a before & after with one of them in my profile) which would make me cry. I just go so tired of feeling out of control and depressed so I decided one day that I had to put a stop to it. I'm so much happier now I don't even recognise myself and find it so hard to fathom how…

For pants I only wear lululemon because they fit me better than anything else and last well, sports bras are mizuno, tops... absolutely anything goes but I do like Lorna Jayne and Russell Athletic. Have some 2XU running pants too but my Lulu ones still outperform them.

Wow, that's a fantastic achievement! Well done to you. You must be thrilled

For me I think it was more a case of me not being so afraid and ashamed of myself to actually speak up, to look people in the eye and start taking a bit of pride in my appearance for a change. That's what got me more respect. Before I lost weight I just lurked in the background and hoped that the thin, pretty girls…

Rest days are something I'm having a real battle with. On my rest days I end up eating far, far too much of everything. I think it's because I'm not getting those 'feel good' vibes from the exercise so am turning to the fridge looking for it (like the old me used to). So, now I've decided just to take a light walk on rest…

I'm 36, 5'8 and around 7lb from where I want to be!!! I'd like a new friend who's in the same boat as me too

I usually have 30g dry uncooked weight... roughly 100cals worth

Me too! I went from DD to B. Love the 'smaller' me. Agree wholeheartedly on the slight deflation though, that's not so cool but hey... can't have it all.

Mine is eggs, zucchini and tomatoes. I have a poached egg every day for breakfast because I like them and they keep me going for hours. I grow zucchini over summer so have a lot to get through! What salad is complete without tomatoes!! Not a bad top 3 to have I reckon

A very good point! Thanks for that

My resting HR was around 75 when I started on MFP, now it's around 53 if I'm sitting still. Last test had it at 48 so it's changed quite a lot in 612 days!

I have a before and after shot on my profile (although the after is now quite out of date). I'm definitely a pear (oh yes) and it's been a raging battle to get weight off my lower half but it IS working and that's the main thing!

I always log ahead and just amend it as needed. Helps me plan what I'll eat over the day and also to get my macros nice and close to target. Of course, not every day ends up working out the way you intended but I find it helps me a lot.

It's gone beyond a habit... MFP has become a vital part of my life and the tracking keeps me accountable. I haven't missed a day since I first downloaded the app! Looking back, I'm so glad I stuck with it because life is just so much more awesome now

I just clicked over 600 days yesterday! I think that counts as being a regular logger

My phone never goes into the gym with me. I'd just get it all sweaty and am always far too out of breath to talk or have hands so shaky they wouldn't be able to text anyway!

Sixth V-day in a row by myself. Have a PT session that afternoon so will celebrate being single with sweat, tears and probably a couple more blisters and bruises to add to the collection. Can't think of anything I'd rather be doing either.

36 at my heaviest... 23 now!
