I've read on different websites that you can use ground flaxseed in place of the egg. 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed + 3 tablespoons of water = one egg. Not sure if it would change the texture of the cookies though.

Eeek reading what everyone has to say about level 2 makes me nervous/excited lol. I'm on day 2 level 1 but i'm also adding cardio when I can as well. I really wanted to do it yesterday but I was just plain exhausted. But I love hearing about everyones results!

If it's already pre-roasted you can pretty much put it on everything. I love it on eggs for breakfast or mixed into potatoes. You could make Chile rellenos - stuff with lowfat cheese, dip in egg substitute and cover them with breadcrumbs (panko is my fav), place on a baking sheet and spray with a little pam or an oil…

All these recipes sound great! I highly advise freezing your bananas makes em thick and creamy and super cold without adding ice. And I just started adding spinach and was shocked at how you couldn't taste it at all. My new favorite add in!
