If you can get some South Indian - you could try Idlis (Instead of rice or rotis). they are steamed.

White rice would be a bad idea. You might want to stay away from that. Rotis are good (with no oil or butter). Butter chicken would be a total no no. Try Tandoori chicken. Its grilled and low on calories. and masoor dal (Not yellow dal). Yellow dal is high on calories.
