I swam last yr for about 8 months religiously, with great results, and when I started didn't know how. I eventually worked my way up to an hour of laps everyday.....My tip for you -- flippers. If you don't know how, have trouble moving, etc, use flippers. It will help you move tremendously which helped me find my rhythm.…
