My butt has shrunk and I'm thrilled with the results. I do alot of elliptical and stepper machine with incline work. As far as the boobs, as I will say, I went from a 46C to a 36 LONG. They definitely have gone away but as the months continue, they do inflate a little bit.

Ezejkiel is my bread of choice and I will eat Joseph's Oat Bran and Flax pitas (small is 45 calories Large is 60 calories) will 4 or 5 net carbs. I also eat the 2 minute microwave mug bread that's posted on this website which uses no flour only flaxseed meal.

The more I cook my own meals the better my sodium levels. I try to stay away from frozen and processed foods. Eating out is also a danger zone.

One of the posts above mentioned how to freeze in ice cube trays - that works great! I add basil to everything....... quinoa, salad, shredded on top of sauce, pasta. It is my go-to herb.

Absolutely - my hubby hates high fructose corn syrup and asked if there was a jelly/jam without it? I think I read every label of every jar in the store - yes - there is one brand made with juice. I spend a lot of time comparing labels but the time spent has paid off!!
