Maybe put a snack bag of a serving of almonds or cereal or snack in the cup holder in your car so you have something before you get in the house. Maybe it will curb your hunger with one serving size before opening up that fridge or cupboard and see all the temptations.

Weigh in today............... I stayed the same! I noticed over the past week that after dinner I am usually having 2 cups of coffee and with that I will have the munchies. I've been snacking alot after dinner and since I do my exercise in the late afternoon, I think I feel like well..... I have those extra calories left.…

Get out of the house!! Get active, join a gym or train for a 5K. Set a goal for yourself. The same thing happens to me when my daughter goes to school. Here I am all by myself and need to fill my day without being in the kitchen snacking. You will do fine!
