Just finished Cardio Recovery. My muscles really needed that break. Holding the squats made my legs catch fire, but oh well. Ready for day 5!

So my shoulders, calfs, and thighs steadily got stiffer today, but I still managed to get through today's workout. My shoulders aren't going to like me in the morning, lol, but I can tell I'm going to see some great results. Hopefully I don't burn all of my muscle though, I need to eat more.

I may be doing something wrong form wise, but I didn't really feel like the stretches actually stretched me out. Anyone else have this problem?

I just finished the Poly circuit. Holy cow. I could not keep up with any of the jumping exercises, and my shoulders already feel like rubber

I just started yesterday. That fit test wrecked my thighs and quads with all that jumping! I'm doing Insanity not to lose weight (I'm a little scrawny as is), but just to build muscle and I'm a little concerned with the diet plan.
