Multiple small "meals". I plan out my breakfast, lunch and snacks before I head to work so I only take what I'm going to eat. No weight loss this week. :( Didn't have internet or cell phone coverage this weekend, so I don't have my food logged, but I'm positive I was under calories and I know I got all my water in. I didn't get the challenges done on Friday or Saturday, but I sure worked my butt off in other ways!!!

Got my water in, under calories, crunches done. Just couldn't get the Mountain climbers done. I have a competition this weekend, so won't be able to check in until Sunday. I'll try to get all the exercises done. I will also get the last mile of my commitment finished up.

Per an article from our local news station ... Banging your head against a wall burns 150 calories an hour ... I do this a lot at work. Guess I'd better figure out how to log the exercise!! LOL

Yesterday, under calories, water in, and the old lady version of squat kicks done. I also logged 2 extra miles this morning towards my 3 mile commitment. I'm gonna DIE before this week is over!!! LOL

I have the same problem. I'm STARVING the rest of the day. What I've done is plan small snacks that fit within my calorie and nutrition guidelines for the day and then I eat about one every 1 - 1 1/2 hours. The nice thing is that at the end of the day I'm not all that hungry and I find myself eating less at dinner.

thursday's challenges ... done, done and done. Plus great news from my doctors visit today. 12 lbs officially lost since July 7, and my blood pressure is down significantly!!! Guess the gym and I will continue our 5:30 AM affair.
