  • I had the pleasure of meeting Richard Simmons a number of years ago at a work conference. They brought him in for an early morning fitness session. Even have a picture of him sitting on my lap! lol He was a truly sincere, nice guy. And we did have fun with the workout that day.

I've walked and done some stationary bike, and as my weight dropped my natural daily activity increased, but I haven't hit the gym hard.
