I am working toward the same thing. I have found that tricep extensions give me a good burn after like 10 reps so that's a good one!

Mine is set at 1740. I feel pretty good about it but I usually don't have many calories to spare. But always under. Do you log your exercises on here? Because if you don't, if you log your exercises it gives you more calories to eat.

Oh yeah, I have it set to active. I didn't know it accounted for that. But it is more than a side job, I usually work close to 40 hours. Thanks for all your suggestions!

It probably means 11 min and 46 seconds. But I am not an expert on running so you may not want to quote me on that. But that would be my guess
