  • My fats come from: Avocados, all sorts of cheeses (cheddar, goat, feta, marble, pepper jack), sausages, pepperoni, fatty steaks, olive oil, butter, nuts, dark chocolate.. loads of sources :)

  • Goat cheese is everything. I made a spinach salad with goat cheese, toasted walnuts with a little cinnamon and added them to the salad. It was SO GOOD! I got the idea from a whole foods salad I bought and loved, lol.

  • For foods in the UK that you plug in, continue to count your carbs as normal. If you're logging veggies that have fiber counted in them, look for broccoli entries that say "net carbs", that way you're not counting fiber in with it.

  • I have sugar free whethers and some sugar free Russell stover candies but I don't have a whole serving. I'll have one of each kind to mix it up throughout the day. I also love all the almond flavors of right now, salt and vinegar and habanero BBQ.
