  • I've been eating overnight rolled oats in the AM and feeling better doing that, even adding in a few drops of vanilla sweet leaf stevia to pump it up a bit. Added blueberries into mine this morning. It's so good and only about 150-200 calories depending on your toppings. I missed oatmeal!!
  • I don't make mine with hardboiled eggs. Mash the avocado onto your toast and top it with a medium fried egg where the yolk is still runny. It makes all the difference.
