Is it a different scale than the one you usually use? Your weight can vary from scale to scale. You're still doing great, just get back on track! Keep it up!

Toss some fresh fruit or veggies in your water. Lemon is an obvious (and delicious) option, but I also love a couple strawberries or cucumber slices or even mint in my water, it just gives it a hint of something different. I think it makes it easier to sip on throughout the day!

Hello Everyone, I'm 5'9" and recently started using MFP actively. I love it and especially love the results. Starting weight was 161 and my current weight is 155. Goal weight is 145. Feel free to friend me here. I have no idea how to freind people yet. :)

I struggle with motivation as well and heard this interesting tip from someone. If your not feeling motivated at the moment, give the exercise at least 5 minutes. If after 5 minutes, you're still not feeling up to it...stop. But more than likely after 5 minutes, you'll be on a roll and feeling great about getting out and…
