YES, YES, AND YES. When the term is used correctly (normal BMI - weight to height ratio with high BF percentage) it is NOT a thing one should dismiss, as the OP suggests. It is actually extremely unhealthy, and some experts claim that it just as unhealthy as being in the obese range with high body fat end of the scale.…
