A couple of things that have worked for me......... I have a water cup with a straw and it is full and with me everywhere I go. 1/4 cup of popcorn in a brown paper bag micro for 2 min. spray w/ smart balance spray butter. Gives me something to eat but low calories high fiber. Lastly when all else fails I floss and brush.

44 with a 5 year old. I dont have any friends because I dont know how to work this other than the food part. So if someone can tell me that would be great:}

i was told to read it. I said I will hate it, but tried it. Stayed up til 2-3 in the morning just to keep reading. I do not want to see the movie the books were too good:}

think thin protein bar for breakfast. Martins whole wheat potato roll with morningstar spicy black bean burger with granny smith apple, carrots for lunch. Lean protein(3oz)/veg/salad for dinner. Kettle corn 100 calorie snack bag.

yes I also run 3-4 miles 3x a week but really need to add strength training (over 40 :{) I lost 55 pounds and have about 5 more for goal weight but need to tone up.

I wish I could help! I am in the exact same boat. I never eat my exercise calories and I go under 1200. I just bumped up to 1350 but I am afraid I will "unleash the beast".
