I have the same thing I agree its the pollutants. Our body flushes out toxins through the sweat. I have started taking a vitamin called Hair, skin,nails I got from Walmart Its working wonders and lots and lots of water, it flushes out toxins. Hope this helps

I found it better to take measurements in addition to weight. I found my body put on muscle quickly so the scale was deceiving It I never too late to be your best and feel best you can. I really realized I was losing when my summer short were too big!;!! That's another good way that you can't deny progress. Hang in there

There so many ab stuff to do. I do all very slowly, in a 4 count. I learned from chalene slow works just as well as pumping out the reps.
