:flowerforyou: I'm sorry that's happening to you. I set MFP to 'friends only'. Anyone getting on my nerves gets deleted as a friend. I don't see their stuff and they don't see mine. I would just hit delete on any pm's they sent. After a while everyone gets the message. Life is hard enough with out all the EXTRAS!:wink:

I'm trying out Curves Free for 30 days. So far I like it. I'm only going 3 days a week so I don't get burnt out. I'm new to exercising hard and really wanted to join a gym. :huh: But walking in the gym at this point is way too overwhelming. I plan to stay with Curves for a year then go on to Gold's!

I've been on MFP almost a year now. I regained 8 lbs of my 45 lb weight loss and have been stuck for months. I think this challenge will really get my butt into gear. I need to be a part of something because I'm sorta competitive.
