Your diet seems overly carbohydrate rich. You may want to start tracking your carbs and make adjustments. Upping your protein and fat while lowering the carbs will satisfy you longer. I know when I eat too many carbs I stay hungry. :sad: But they are sooooo good.

I lost my first 25 lbs by dieting alone. I spent my time trying to eat my way through skinnytaste.com I then added 20-25 minute walks going very slow 1.5-2 mph and dropped another 20lbs. It can be done but you have to cut out tasting stuff while cooking. And ANYTHING I put in my mouth, I logged.
