I think it depends on did you factor in your exercise totals on the calculator. If you did factor exercise in then then no I wouldn't eat the exercise calories back because the calculator already factored that in. If you didn't put exercise in (like me, I didn't) then you may want to eat back half or so and see what your…

Are you eating enough? I have found that when I eat the suggested 1200 cals my weightloss slows to NOTHING! But when I eat 1300-1500 calories and even throw in one or two (not 2 in a row)1800-1900 calorie days I lose effortlessly. (kinda like zig zagging my calories) The body is smart. I hate when I go through not hungry periods or not feeling like eating periods. What I have learned about myself is if I go with that and not stay proactive then I end up overeating later. So I have a meal replacement shake or eat half of a small meal then eat the other half later.

Stuff for salads-spinach, dark lettuces, cherry tomatoes, cukes, red onions, carrots, avocados,etc... Shaved turkey, roast beef, etc..Oroweat sandwich thins, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, sides-sweet potatoes, frozen vegetables ex. broccoli, green beans, etc....cabbage for low cal. slaw, etc...

I don't eat cold cereal just for that reason. It never fills me up. Hot cereals like oatmeal, cream of wheat, etc.. really stick with me. If I have a little extra time an omelet stuffed with veggies and a slice of toast has staying power as well :smile:

They do nothing for me. Too much salt so I have to counter that with water and not enough food, I have to counter that by adding stuff. So it's a no go for me.
