I think cardio is good--if only to relieve stress levels. A good workout on the elliptical and I'm as good as new! :wink:

Wow-you totally took my question for today! I think it does have something to do with your body thinking it's in starvation mode. I am always afraid that maybe I didn't calculate something right and I always like to leave 100-200 calories under at the end of the day. :happy:
