I like the tortillini idea. Or spaghetti without meat in it, for everyone. A lot of times no meat in spaghetti is not even missed!

Make yourself walk a little or something. :) I always tend to splurge on Friday nights having a couple of margerita's at our local mexican restaurant...why not, they're .99 cents on Fridays and they are yummy! Even at approx 300 calories each! That's ok. I work them off over the weekend...because I deserve to have them…

I think I understand it now...and I hope it's updated to 6 miles now.... Dinos....I think I'll just get on here and tell you my miles...would be less stress for me ;)

I don;t know why I am so challenged on this ticker/signature thing. I have the link copied and pasted into that signature box...but how do I get back to the challenge page and how do I get the ticker to go on there? And, the code shows in that box, how do I get back to it to update what I've walked? Oh how I can't believe…

I agree! That sounds like sexual harassment!

I can tell you that I married my husband weighing 98 pounds....after the birth of our 4 daughters over a 9.5 year period I put on alot of weight! I managed to take the weight off after the 1st 2, but then it started creeping up...at least 3-4 lbs per year on the average. Doesn't sound like much...but figure your own weight…

That's awesome! You're doing terrific!

I weigh myself every morning to. I even take my scale along on trips. Not that I'm crazy about weighing myself, I just want to keep up with it. If I'm away for several days, my eating changes, I want to keep track and be cautious...but not rude about not eating! It helps me to stay on track, just as My Fitness Pal does.

I'm amazed! You've done such an awesome job! Congrats!

I believe you are supposed to eat back the calories you exercise off...but I normally don't. But then again, on those days if I go over my 1200 calories, I don't feel bad. :) I have a problem eating 1200 calories a day though! I usually can do 900 pretty well, then before I go to bed I'll eat a cup of multigrain cheerios…

Log each time you exercise separately. I have to do it that way.
