You're probably not eating enough. I'm assuming you ONLY eat 1300 calories and don't eat back exercise calories? Maybe eat back half of those calories. It's not a default, it's as low as MFP allows because of the idea that "below 1200 is unhealthy". The problem is everyone wants a quick fix.. and even though it says RECOMMENDED next to One Pound a Week.. people see the Two Pounds a Week option and go "YES! THAT!" 1,500-1,800 makes me so much less hangry! :drinker:

I ordered a bundle of 3 2lb tubs of Cellucor protein + a 60 pack of the HD pills. I'm starting the pills next week. I'm going away this week so I didn't want to start the pills and then have to take off for like 5 days and feel weird. I've read all good things about it, so I'm excited to try them out!

Are you on a pill? When I wasn't on a pill - it was easy to sit around, cry, and eat a whole bag of chocolates. On the pill makes my "time" less painful. Did you take any pain killers for the pain? That always helps make it go away so I feel motivated to get moving. Also, maybe try to do different workouts during that time…
