PANERA!

My goal was between 120-130 pounds. I've maintained 125-130 for 2-3 years now. I was regularly working out 3 times a week up until this past summer. Now honestly, I haven't worked out in about a month and this is probably going to keep up until January. My weight has been steady at 128lbs now since this stressful period. I…

Yes tell her. She asked you to tell her. Often females will be in denials of their weight gain... especially after they've lost it, they hate to admit they "got off track".

Added! :)

I can feel the weight gain just looking at the cake o__o and I want to eat the whole thing.

W00t w00t! That's awesome :) Pro Tip: If you wear white, it's probably see-through ;) Now you know!

I have a coworker who is always like "Becca have you eaten!?" "Becca, it's so good to see you eating!!" I straight up asked her a few weeks ago if she thought I had an eating disorder. She said yes, I'm so skinny and I need to eat. It aggravates me because I have never had an ED. I've been the same weight now for 3 years,…

It amazes me that some people who were below the age of 10 years old had schools or teachers who tried to explain it to them while it was happening... I wouldn't have understood at all. I was in 4th grade in central NJ. You could hear the loud speaker going off in classrooms with kids being called out of the classroom to…

MY HOME -> Goals -> Change Goals -> Guided Under there you can put in your Starting and Goal weight. Then to change the Calorie/Macros/etc. go in to the Custom setting after you set the guided one and you can make the goals more direct to what you want.

If you get some good air tight Tupperwares your food should be good in the fridge for like 3-5 days. If you're sick of the same old chicken maybe it's come to try new recipes! http://www.skinnytaste.com/2012/04/how-to-make-your-favorite-meals-freezer.html http://www.skinnytaste.com/search/label/Freezer%20Friendly%20Recipes

If you know you're going to burn a lot at the gym later in the day, then you can eat more during the day before hand since you'll burn it off later.

1,200 NET is the lowest you should be consuming a day.

"like they will never see me as anything other than a chubby person, who happens to be temporarily thinner." I guess it's how you look at it. My family always comments about my weight loss (even though I've maintained for 2 years now). I know their comments are from their shock at my dedication and commitment to my weight.…

Using a food scale is /not/ time consuming. It's very easy to put my plate/bowl/food container on a zero-ed scale and put my food in. I make a list on my phone of my food item and the ounces or grams and log it. It'll seem silly the first 2-3 months maybe, but after that it becomes a reflex. It even helps with the simpler…

About a year. But I've maintained that weight loss for 2 years now :)

Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula For Stretch Marks Lotion. Gold Bond Coq10 Restoring Skin Therapy Lotion. Jergens Skin Firming Daily Toning Moisturizer. I've used all three and I feel like they've really helped with my skin and my stretch marks!

Yes. 50lbs gone. Maintained for 2 years now. (which is /not/ the easiest thing in your early 20s, college years!)

Started off Christmas 2010 (when the OBYN gave me a wake up call with my 178lbs weight...) So that cat hat pic is my start. And the cute happy red head was about 2 weeks ago (June 30) weighing in now around 125lbs (123-128 range). Iv'e been maintaining for about 2 years almost. I'm 5'2" :)

Eggs naturally have fat in the yolk

The calories MFP gives you already has the deficit built in (Since obviously you aren't going to be eating 1200 calories at base when you maintain). So since you've burned more, you can eat more.

SW: 178lbs GW: 120lbs CW: 125lbs Took me about a year and a half to reach my goal (125 at the time). Been maintaining this weight (123-127 range) for 2+ years now. I log during the week.. and not on weekends. ETA: Currently reassessed my goals and started lifting(ish).

This makes me feel better. I thought when I started last week "I don't have the ability to do 65lbs or 95lbs... I've barely ever lifted 30lbs!" I deadlifted 60lbs today and was amazed haha. :)

Do you have farmer's markets near you? I can buy 2 pounds of green beans for about $1.50 at a farmer's market.

I think with the "leaner" protein it means like eating the white meat of chicken vs. dark meat. (chicken breast is lower fat, while say a chicken thigh is higher in fat) and for beef different cuts have less fat than others, or in ground beef simply like 10% fat meat vs. 25% fat.

Bump to recall info later!

Are you eating a 1,200 calorie diet? For a lot of people that isn't enough calories, which will cause you to be hungry. But when you feel hungry, and you know you've eaten recently, have a glass of water and see if you're really hungry or just thirsty.
