2% Fage greek yogurt with blueberries and raspberries!

I mash up fresh berries and then mix in the yogurt. The berry juices make it less thick and it gets sweet from the fruit too! :)

Slow and steady is the best way. Is quick weight loss possible? Sure. But you'll gain it right back. It took me a year and a half to lose all my weight.. less than 5lbs a month normally. I've been maintaining for over a year as of April 6th. So it's all about the end result, not how fast you got there. :) ETA: I'm 5'2''…

God, I don't know my start weight in this pic. But it's your regular Cinderella story of Fat Middle School/High School kid to healthy in College story :D Starting is anywhere from 170-190lbs probably.. Current is 120lbs :)

They will fade over time. I use Palmer's to help a bit.. they're never going to go away for good, but they'll fade enough that most people won't notice them.. unless they're literally on top of you. (And if you're in a situation where you're that close to a person... the person should love you enough to not give a darn…

Buffet = Sodium Mac & Cheese, Popcorn, Crab Ragoon = Sodium Drink lots of water, it'll flush out. You're retaining water, you didn't gain 4lbs. :)

Agreed. They don't have time to go and work out all the time, they have jobs and a life. I think my biggest view of that was Season 12. John lost SO MUCH. He also didn't go back to work and just kept working out till the finale. Becky didn't get to lose so much. She had to go back to being a teacher, she had to support her…

It takes a lot of time, but it's SO worth it! I don't have a toned body. I still have a little jiggle on my tummy.. but I'm not looking for a low BF%.. but I am going to try to tone a little more. But as my body is today: I love my body. I don't care if it's not perfect, I love how I look naked, and that's all that matters!

I went from around 178 to 120-125. It took me about 18 months to get to 125, and it's just been slowly over the past year that I've played with the 5 pounds up and down.

I'm 5'2'' and I've gone from 178 to 122-125 (depending on the day). It's all diet and exercise. 80% diet and 20% exercise.
