Fried foods - the grease I feel on my hand makes me feel sick. Luckily there are lots of baked versions of fried things now! Pizza where you can feel and SEE the oil isn't worth it either

Just go for 30 mins walks. Look up your maintenance calories, so you don't go over them.

I hate when boyfriend's/husband's call their S.O. "babe" or "hun" or any of those generic terms. Maybe I just love the movie "John Tucker Must Die" But all those mean to me is "Sorry I can't recall your name right now, try again later."

You replace a meal with a protein shake.. this isn't some new found knowledge. Clearly if you drink a 200 cal shake instead of eating a 500 cal lunch, you'll lose weight. You cut calories. It's a scam because people think that it's some magical shake that makes you lose weight. It makes me laugh.

I hope this story proves to be that this life isn't about a "goal weight." It's about loving yourself and accepting being HEALTHY. Weight isn't the demon here - it's how your body is health wise.

Bump for later :) I start camp soon, and once I get paid I plan to go get real running shoes (though I only jog, haha) Right now I'm using Pumas from like.. 5 years ago. Haha.

As long as you keep track of your calories all week it shouldn't matter that much. My mom used to drink the MG 64, she really liked it. I drink on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday almost every week. Normally it's just a Bloody Mary or 2 on Thurs and Fri. Saturday tends to be 2-3 vodka drinks. This is a lifestyle change.. are…

I've been told - by one person - that my tattoo is very tasteful and pretty. But also the same comment of "Why would you do that to your body?" But only she has told me that, besides that people just tell me how nice my tattoo is. If think think I'm ugly, I think it'd have to do more with my face and body than my ink.

Okay thank gosh! I was worried I needed 9% BF or lower to get a flat tummy. But that doesn't sound too healthy if I plan to have kids in 5-10 years.

You're cute. You'll find a way to accept your body. But when mom said you didn't need braces.. get a second opinion. Your teeth look awesome in theory, but the upper-bite is annoying and you know it.

I'd say get the Smalls. If Mediums are getting baggy and you're still losing weight, there's no reason to have the baggy stuff.

Love the dress, hate the belt. I vote you go to a craft store a buy a big white satin ribbon and use that as a "belt" :)

That's... bad. People say you should aim to net 1200 cals. I think as long as you net 1000 you're fine.
