  • Piling on here as well. Do it for you, in spite of any negative influences. It will definitely be more challenging, but who knows- maybe he'll come along after he realizes you're getting stronger, fitter, healthier, and happier.

So I'll get bored or stressed, I'll walk to the pantry/fridge looking for junk to stuff in my mouth. Al that's there are things like beans, almonds, fruits & veggies. I'm not happy with my size, shape, or health. #2 History of heart problems in the family. #3 Keep up with my parents, who can currently out-run and out-bike me. #4 Planning to have kids within a year or two and want to start out on the right foot & not pass my bad habits on to them.
