I want to try a zumba class really bad as well! I have heard amazing things about it. I actually have a zumba game for my wii which is entertaining but I feel a class would emerse me in more fun and energy! Zumba is supposed to be a great way to burn lots of calories too! :) Hope your session is great!

It is important to eat throughout the day in order for your metabolism to keep working and metabolizing food and fat. If you don't eat in the morning then your body's metabolism will slow because it doesn't think it is going to be fed and needs to reserve fat/energy.
