i like a small bowl of raisin bran and a banana cut up inside. if i have time ill make an omlete, or a fruit/yogurt smoothie.

I have greatly limited my Caffiene intake. went from ~2 soda's a day and ~1 coffee a day, to one a week of either or :)

My goals are to loose 15 lbs. and be fit and have endurance to run. I would like to join the Coast Guard after college, Lord Willing, in a year and a half. so i want to be fit for that!
