I'm in I will try to make up for last week thins week that way I can catch up.... so this week I guess I will try 10,000 calories.... lol I am going to try to work very hard this week, so on average I should burn about 715 calories/ day x 2 (for the make up work) = 1430 calories per day.

CoCoMa- from what i have been told you drink just protein shakes 5 times a day for three days then you introduce healthy foods for one meal a day preferably supper while drinking 2-4 protein shakes to replace the other meals and snacks.

Wow, it has been a while since there was a conversation on here. How is every one doing? I lost 5 pounds last month, but I lost about 11 inches total. I am excited about September, my goal it to really work hard and get down to 194 lbs. How about you guys?

Yes I do, but not the regular doing dishes and sweeping the floor cleaning, I log in the major cleaning, like mopping and scrubbing and stuff like that.
