I'm working on requests. Lol my laptop has this big *kitten* crack in the middle of the screen thanks to my kids. I just got my table in, i just have to pick it up at the post office, hopefully that will work with mfp.

I know that there at fats that are not bad for you but I'd prefer to have a plant based lifestyle and stay away from processed foods. I'll eat a veggie burger but only once in a while. I do look forward to experiment with salads though.

@katie32308 I am in the same boat. The best thing to do is pick yourself up and dust yourself off. Congrats on losing 34lbs, and remember that you can do this. don't deprive yourself though a little bit is okay to have. It is also about finding a good balance for you and your body. :smiley: you can do this.

When I don't feel well, I eat when my body says it is hungry and I will walk depending on how bad I feel. Now If I have the flu I don't do anything. but if it is just allergies I walk. Hope you get well soon!

@soccerkon26 I am sorry that you feel this way. Don't worry about it and look at the positive, you lost the weight you wanted. I know it sucks when you don't look the way you expected but know that you did work and it was worth it. And enjoy Hawaii!

Thanks I know that I am the only one who can do this, I'm just tired of failing, especially since I've doe this before. As for the dates, I just want to make sure I am at that goal weight before June. That is my main objective.
