I recently discovered I am pregnant with baby #2. With baby #1 I only wanted mcgriddles, chocolate, frostys and potato salad...and I didn't want to stay active and I put on 50lbs. I started this pregnancy 13 pounds heavier and started officially at an overweight BMI of about 26. l have been making changes to eat better as well as to ease back into activity and I was wondering if there are any groups or anyone in the same boat that would like to be friends. Last time all I heard was "you're eating for two" and "you're pregnant! Eat whatever you want" and I would like people who can help me stay on track to be healthy and not be the way I was last time.

thanks!

I was in the same boat when i got pregnant with #3, now she is 9 months old and I am still eating like I was when I was pregnant. Now we are trying for #4, but I dont want to gain another 70 lbs. in fact I am trying to lose weight right now (cw is 222lbs) I hate the fact that people say "eat what you want" because that is why so many women gain so much weight during pregnancy and that leads to bigger problems. I would love to help you stay on track maybe we could keep eachother on track.
