  • B-GF bread with PB and jam; GF cereal w/rice milk; scrambled egg breakfast burritos L-leftovers; a sandwich with a veggie and fruit; salad; baked potato D-something planned w/quinoa, tofu, or polenta, and veggies; quesadillas; baked potato
  • Depends on my mood when I get home. If I feel like going all out, I'll make homemade quinoa sliders. If not, probably corn tortilla quesadillas w/cheese, Rotel, Greek yogurt, and cilantro.
  • I was not a water drinker, either. I use Crystal Lite, Mio, fresh fruit, whatever I can add. I pretty much don't drink anything but water now. ETA: I keep a 24 oz Tervis cup at my desk. I drink probably 16 more oz at home. I know that's not the recommended 64 oz, but I am not a huge drinker of any liquid.
  • I'm 5 ft and MFP has me set to 1200 as well. My Fitbit has me at a little more than that, depending on how active I've been. I'm not usually starving or anything either. And I don't feel like it's restrictive. I've lost weight just eating more healthy (cutting out soda, HFCS, fast food, processed food). I'm pretty small…
  • I've pretty much cut it out, aside from an odd treat here and there, like a popsicle. I had to a buy a lot of new foods to replace what I had. I've also cut out soda (Pepsi was a weakness), aside from a little Sprite to take pills or for nausea. I don't miss the overly sugared feeling anymore!
  • I'm also a hair under 5 ft but round up. I used to be between 90 and 100 lbs and a US size 2. My heaviest was 117. I am currently at about 108, but my goal is more about fitting into jeans and pants that I used to be able to wear. I've been at a 6 at most stores, but I'd like to be a comfortable 4 (ie. without them…
  • I've already posted and mentioned low FODMAPs. But I'm still having issues with constipation and gas. I want to start a probiotic, but are there any other suggestions for relieving those symptoms? If anyone wants to add me, I track pretty consistently and also include some things about my IBS in my notes so I can figure…
  • Potatoes in any form or fashion.
  • Haha my husband says the same thing!
  • Popcorn. I don't even love it, but I can't stop eating it if I have it. GUSHERS! SO GOOD! Grapes. I'm really into them right now. French fries. Really any potato item.
  • 5 ft My highest weight was 117 When I started tracking consistently in June, I was at about 115 My last weigh-in, I was 109.2 My goal weight is 105, but really it's to fit in some of my size 4 pants without straining/pinching my stomach It's hard being short and seen as petite because a seemingly small amount of weight to…

  • I personally don't think a cheat DAY is the best idea, but a meal or item(s) in a day sounds fine. Some people go by If It Fits Your Macros. If what you eat doesn't go over those, then by all means! I also try to exercise in order to fit in a cupcake or cookies in my day!
  • I had seven salamanders at one point. I briefly had a skink. I LOVE amphibians and reptiles. Friends of mine have had a king snake, corn snake, ball python, tortoise, leopard gecko, rat, scorpion, and tarantula. I got to play with all of them!
  • Vegetarian for 16 years, feel free to add me!
  • Ketchup on rice and on mac and cheese. I used to just eat corn or peas right out of the can.
  • This is pretty much how I feel (though I'm only a vegetarian, but I aim to be cruelty-free).

  • I have had IBS for over 10 years. I'm currently managing it with a low FODMAP diet, and it's been working pretty well. It basically cuts out foods containing certain carbs that trigger IBS symptoms (e.g. wheat, garlic, onions, lactose, stone fruits). It's been tough, but worth it. I'm also a vegetarian that eats limited…
  • I'm doing 1200 and do well most days, though I've gone over a few times. I am learning what foods have a lot of cals for not a lot of food, so I'm planning to adjust that. My diary is pretty boring right now due to having started a low FODMAP diet.
  • Hello, I also just started the low FODMAP diet for IBS-C. It's been hard because I am also a vegetarian and had to give up some of my go-to foods (veggie patties, fake chicken, garlic). I have been trying to eat more quinoa and eggs. Seitan is also safe, which I've bought and made before. I want to learn how to make…
  • Don't date that guy at 16, and DEFINITELY don't date him again (and again) years later. Travel as much as you can. Learn how to take better care of your health. You're skinny now, but believe or not, your metabolism will slow at 30, and you will gain weight! Stay true to your values; don't let anyone try to crack your…
  • On second thought, let's not go to Camelot. 'Tis a silly place.
