I don't have that problem yet! Probably because I'm wearing stuff that was too tight to begin with! I love buying/wearing new underwear. Its such a relatively inexpensive way to make yourself feel happy!

Wow I am admiring all your dedication to exercise - walking, strong lifts etc. I am keeping up with the elliptical about 4-5 times a week and I've added squats to that for now !

hi everyone! Currently I am just trying to increase my speed and time spent on my elliptical trainer. Yesterday, even though I was very tired, the only time I had to do it was at 10:30 at night, so that's what I did!

I pushed myself harder than I ever have on my elliptical last night. I was feeling great - out of breath but not as much as I would have been 6 weeks back and not feeling like I couldn't do it!

Momo - don't feel bad - you know you ate 5500 calories - so that means you tracked which itself is an achievement. And if you weighed yourself after a day of overboard eating - the weight gain could also just be water weight from sodium in snacky foods..... Glad you're doing better today!

I hadn't really thought about rewards this time around. In the past I've written down rewards for when I reach a certain weight and just disappointed myself when I didn't reach that weight. This time around, I'll figure out what my reward is, as a surprise when I get there!
