Sorry I don't have personal experience with anorexia but I'm replying because no one has yet. Maybe in your case it would help to get professional help - like a nutritionist? Maybe your goal should be to get healthy/fit rather than "lose weight" as that might trigger some old behaviors? Congratulations on your recovery!

I've heard good things about fitness blender on you tube and have done a couple of the videos myself. Good luck with your weightloss. If you do want someone else's advice - don't count on losing x amount by x time. This always backfires on me!

Have you used the MFP calculator to see how much you need in a day? Are you eating back your exercise calories? 1200 seems very low and unsustainable especially if you're walking 3 hrs a day (and please tell me your secret on how you have time to do this with 4 kids?!) I guess I'll post here- I thought we were weighing in mid-month so posted to that thread instead. Unfortunately I didn't lose any weight this month. I had a change in jobs and a couple of weeks off in between. Although I didn't gain any weight and don't think my eating was bad at all - I guess the quantity was just enough…

I didn't lose anything between March 15th and April 15th :( I ended one job, took a couple of weeks off and started a new one. Between all of that, although I didn't lose it and overeat or gain weight, my weight stayed the same....

I think it was the fall of 2014 when I was under 200. I've gained about 40 pounds in the last year and a half or so :(
