Help with weight loss without returning to my E.D.

So here's the deal. I was diagnosed with anorexia nervosa 2 years ago and sought recovery. I managed that but then started over eating and I don't feel healthy anymore. I currently weigh around 160 pounds and I'm 5'6" and am only looking to lose a few pounds so I can feel healthy again but I'm worried that I'll spiral back down into anorexia again. Does anyone have any advice?

Sorry I don't have personal experience with anorexia but I'm replying because no one has yet. Maybe in your case it would help to get professional help - like a nutritionist? Maybe your goal should be to get healthy/fit rather than "lose weight" as that might trigger some old behaviors?
Congratulations on your recovery!0
