I think it might help you to have mini target weight goals, as well as little treats when you reach them along the way.... Maybe a pedicure, a piece of jewelry, or something you've been lusting after (a book, make up, etc)..... I also think it is helpful to have scheduled events (such as a 5K, a kayak, a skating event with…

We signed up in December, when you could get a whole year for $99. For us, it's fantastic. I'd say as long as you are looking for just cardio and weights, it's a great deal. They don't like it when you drop weights or grunt- which I think is a good thing, and there's people there of all abilities and sizes.

Great jobs, I could view the pics!!! HOORAH for you! That is serious dedication with AWESOME results!!! Best wishes on your continued journey!

Hi there. I did my first warrior dash this year. I normally go for jogs most mornings, and the last 6 weeks leading up to the dash, we did trail runs. Lots different running on trails and jumping over logs. I did a few push ups, but not many. So, I was sort of prepared, but not fully... but it didn't matter, it was a LOT…

I eat all of mine back, and I still loose my goal every week, but as an FYI, I am normally running (at 6.0 mph or greater) and biking (at 16 mph or greater). I know that if I don't eat mine back, I get the shakes really bad.....I know each person is different, but this worked for me.

I think this is an amazing and very simple tool to use. I think the best thing is that you can pretty much have whatever you want in moderation.... And just remember most of us went through a week of rethinking our eating after getting number shock looking at our calories. And we've also all had day(s) of falling off the…

Wow, that is AWESOME!!!

I agree- plan your meals in advance, but also plan in your gym/workout time in there.... I know, easier said then done. I was a student many moons ago, and I took a couple of university sanctioned workout classes just to keep up with it.... If you don't have those available, I'd say make sure you find time and set it…

We did not have a black out, however "survival mode" aka boredom kicked in, and my friend and I both ate an extra 800 calories yesterday.....and no way to work it off with the rain and wind. Oh, well, se la vie.

Ha ha ha! Am glad to hear that you're having less back pain, and less black eyes. My boobs are getting smaller as well, my bra cups are now loose....

Wow, way to go, you are looking fantastic!! I am 5'9, but still early in my journey- my highest was 227, but I'm now at 213.6... I'm hoping to hit 200 by November and 185 by February...Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like.

I have the 30 day shred and I feel like she is kicking my butt - i like that way more than turbo fire.... also, the older firm videos where it was the purple and blue box were good).... Also, a big fan of zumba!

Apparently I can't read- I agree- try for the double stroller option and maybe take them out around lunch or right before a nap? But when they get older, the biking option may work for you. :)

Let me preface that I do not have kids, I have three dogs.... So, my life is vastly different than yours, but I am in your same boat of being exhausted by about 8:30.... I have trained my dogs to expect me up by about 5:15, and if I'm not the start whinning, jumping on the bed, licking me etc.... I have to say that that is…

I want to join, please. I already have the DVD and I am altering my mornings to accomodate the 25 minutes I need to get it set up and working. I am currently 213.6 and I have been taking my body measurements every Saturday since I've started.

I have two motivators- one- I'm trying to get down to a better weight.... my other, signing up for a 5K series pack - yep, when you're committed to do 7, it sort of keeps you on the straight and narrow.... Plus, I have to say that I have amazing supporters- lots of girls at work joined this with me, and we also do 5K's…

I'm 5'9, 215, and wear a size 14/16, though the 16s are starting to get really loose.

I don't personally have one, because I have a jeep, but if you go to ****'s sporting good stores, I know that they have one that you can put on your trunk.... I think it might be about $150, possibly less.... It's been awhile since I was looking at one for my sister.

I would say local gym if it's affordable for you. It sounds like you're really psyched about the classes and everything else it offers. And it's definitely worth it if you will stay motivated. Have fun with school!

you look fantastic!!

Awesome job! So happy for you. Best of luck on your next 30!

I've had friends like that and I have friends going through that right now.... If you are finding it disruptive with her there, I'd say maybe you need to consider doing your own gym thing, and find something else the two of you can share- like maybe a walk around a park or somethig. That way you can push yourself on your…

I like having goals - whether it be a 5k or a triathlon or a bike race.... It's harder to slack when you have that.... You mention that you have a puppy, well, get up with the puppy every morning and take him/her for a walk.... Pretty soon, (s)he'll be waking you up raring to go, and it will be hard to tell that cute…
