I heard that it was good after a workout too, so after my bike or a run, I've been drinking 1 serving size, and I'm still loosing....... So, I'd say as long as your calorie intake for the day allows it, go for it.

SWIM?!?! Got a pool by you? That should help ease the heat and you can get in a workout... I'm new to it and the first few times I had to take breaks after each length of the pool but gradually that changed, and I can now do about 25 laps without stopping....And hello muscles, I'm getting some in my arms.

With other people leaving, I probably would have stuck around.... BUT, I think I would have said something to the gym manager or someone on the way out..... If the instructor is that bad, management should know and should think seriously before having him/her sub again or hire that person full time.....

Possible suggestions- one play around with your calories a little bit- either you are burning more or less than you think.... I like Chobani too... My favorites are lemon (yes lemon sounds weird, but it's really good), blueberry, and pineapple. A lot of the people at my work are big fans as well - in fact the girl who sits across from me saw that we were both eating the blueberry Chobani yesterday..... Hope that helps!!
