I was cleaning the bathroom and wringing out the cloth, in the mirror I saw my bicep!! Sorry but I have never had any kind of muscle definition in my arms( or anywhere else!) I was so excited I had to do it over again!
I have been doing The 30 Day Shred, still on level 1- but bring it on.......

I remember when that happened to me. I was actually brushing my teeth when I noticed my arms. And I was like....where did those guns come from...haha.
