I know that it tastes much healthier than the "prepackaged" deli meat. I LOVE "Boar's Head Ovengold Turkey" each thin slice is 1 ounce.

I hate those days...what helps me is to force myself out there, go for a long walk ...drink a big bottle of water & I love to read, so losing myself in a good book takes my mind off food.

I just started working out last week, and I have artthritis so I have to stay away from high impact so I walk briskly 45min., water jogging & swim freestyle laps in my pool and also strength training at Planet Fitness. I mix it up to whatever works with my work schedule but always 5-6 days week.

Someday clothes...hanging in my closet - all the clothes my husband says "you have a closet FULL of clothes, why don't you ever wear them!" Obviously they don't fit anymore.... I have a beautiful slim fitting top & dress capri's size 8 with the tags still on them just begging to be worn to a Christmas party!!!
