Walden Farms dressings are disgusting to me personally lol But Bolthouse Farms and Marie's have good yogurt dressings or low cal/low fat dressings. You can also make your own vinaigrette's that are much better and healthier for you!

Good job, I did the Color Run last weekend and although I haven't gotten back to running it all, I am working on it. I had my baby in May so I'm working on getting out there and retraining :) I know you will love your 5K!

Going to start this Thursday, it'll be 12 weeks since my son was born via c-section and I was told to wait til after 12 weeks and 12 weeks will be Wednesday :) I hope my body is ready for it!

I want to lose 31-28 and would love to have some friends to keep me motivated during my journey. Last year I was at 132 and gained some weight while trying to get pregnant.. I got pregnant when I weighed 147 lb and was at 182 when my son was born.. am now at 159. Let's do this :)

Cross training is always good on days when you're sore! Definitely swimming.. or you could even go biking if you have a bike!
